Mame plate made by Masakazu Yoshida in the workshop of Yoshida Pottery in Ashiya, Japan.

In Japan, ''Mame'' means tiny things and it literally translates to 'bean plate'. They are great for serving tiny portions of food or to be used as jewelry tray and often designed with the nature and cultural pattern.

The design of the Mame plate is inspired by daisy flower, which symbolizes innocence, pure, joy, peace, hope and the unspoken love.

In Japanese culture, daisy is used to express people's deepest love to someone without speaking.
